No Refund Policy After 14 Days
At Stages of Balding, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, please note that we do not offer refunds after 14 days from the date of purchase. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review our products before purchasing. Our return policy applies to customers in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, India, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We accept returns for defective and non-defective products within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is in new condition. Returns can be made by dropping off the product at a designated location. There are no restocking fees for returns. Refunds are typically processed within 6 days. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
